Under the direction of the Dean of Students, the Success Coach/Dual Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, outreach, and registration processes, events, and activities for the dual enrollment program. In addition, the Success Coach/Dual Enrollment Coordinator serves as the Success Coach for identified students in the Madison County and Huntsville City and educates students, parents, counselors, teachers, and administrators about college career programs and occupations in Region One. This position develops and nurtures relationships with local high school representatives and with business community leaders to assist high school students in enrolling and completing a postsecondary education and becoming a skilled contributor of the workforce.
