The Titanic Bar and Grill, Cobh, Co Cork are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Chef de Partie.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and have experience with a variety of cuisines. Will be a team player, have the ability to motivate and train junior chefs and assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy fast paced kitchen
Fluent English Required
Meet high standards in Health & Safety and HACCP
Previous food preparation experience essential
Management of stock
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility is essential
