Job Description / Responsibility
• Perform the required tasks to handle & manage from cut to finish overall responsibility.
• Supervise and direct activities of the sewing department to meet daily production targets.
• Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of the machine and skilled operatives.
• Review the monthly sewing production schedule and work out a plan to determine staffing and other resource requirements to meet the deadlines.
• Monitor, control, and utilization of men, machines, and materials for optimum productivity.
• Handling the cutting & its consumption issue properly to minimize fabric & cut part rejections.
• Handling finishing activities and meeting on-time finish processes to meet shipment deadlines.
