- Responsible for providing quality training, Theory and Practical :
- Distribution methodology (Depth & Width of distribution)
- Product demonstrations to maximize business in a retail environment
- Training delivery on Products, Processes and Systems of Telecome sales process and latest sales, retail industry , Telecome Idustry , techniques & methodologies
- Facilitate Classroom Training's & Extend Support to new hire for various roles
- Importance of hygiene, grooming & positive body language To demonstrate products to customers and help customers choose right products
- Understanding of business and productivity targets and measures to achieve the same To resolve customer concerns and improve customer relationship.
- Work in a collaboration with Team to achieve the goal.
