• Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organizations defined direction.
• Ensure the actual revenue achieved is as per the targeted plan and identify reasons and solutions to mitigate losses;
• Monitor month on month growth and provide guidance to Sales Executives to achieve the desired growth;
• Increase the market share by adding new clients and customers;
• Retain existing clients and customers Collaborate with CRM, commercial and Operations teams to define strategies and achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers;
• Analyze and study sales data to identify problem areas and develop areas of improvement for the team Market and sell other vertical offerings to existing customers.
