Job Title: Resident Trainer (Pre Primary Division)

Type of Job: Full Time on Contract

Our client is an international educational organization, having schools and training centres in India and abroad.

Job Profile:
• Designing course curriculum for providing Training to the teachers (Play School / KG / Lower Primary Divisions)
• Conducting Research on Innovative methods of Teaching
• Providing Training to the Teachers for recruiting them to the International schools (ICSE / CBSE in India and Abroad)

Candidate Profile:
• Knowledge of Montessori TTC is a must.
• Excellent Verbal as well as Written Communication skill in English, Hindi and Malayalam
• Should be a good research fellow in new / innovative / effective communication methods with children and in their development methods.
• Should be a good Motivator, Trainer and a counselor.
• Should have good knowledge in Child Psychology.
• Willingness to work as a Resident Trainer
• Age between 38-45
