JOB ROLE – WEAVING SUPERVISOR

Job Description –
• Take a round of the plant and to get machine position reports.
• Check the bobbins for weft.
• Check out material availability against production.
• Resolve issues of workers in looms department.
• To maintain weft stock and provide the weft yarn.
• To maintain gradation of the product.
• In case of quality issue inform to the responsible person.
• Control bobbin machine wastage.
• To ensure that timely get the beam on looms.
• To maintain looms and take care of maintenance of looms through masters.
• Recruit and manage labors for looms.
• Prepare the beam drawn report and making salary of drawer.
• Prepare the salary of drop pin.
• To allocate work to the masters and get report from them.
• Responsible for keeping the operation area clean as well as maintaining 5S standards.
