Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate quality standards to production teams.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve the manufacturing process to ensure the production of higher-quality goods.
• Develop, enhance, and review product specifications and procedures, while providing training to staff on their usage.
• Establish requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor their compliance with quality standards.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other team members, offering guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations and regulatory bodies, as well as adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

Requirements:
