In this position, you’ll:
• Create operative processes for future warehouses and transport services
• Measure and steer logistics service providers (transport and warehouse)
• Set operative standards which serve as a best practice
• Continue to optimize the operational processes
• Work in an international team
• Close collaboration with international departments and country organisations of the ALDI SÜD Group as well as suppliers and logistics service providers

Candidate Profile

The requirements for the role are:
• Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
• Experience in fruit and vegetables/fresh product operations in warehouse and transport
• Relevant professional experience managing transport and/or warehouse providers, preferably in retail sector
• Several years of relevant work experience
• Can-do attitude who enjoys setting up operations from scratch
