Position location: Hybrid working schedule from Itzehoe (preferred location) or Selb. Remote working schedule is available.

What You Will Be Doing
• Serves as an expert and advisor in conducting full cycle recruitment activities, including but not limited to, verifying specifications of the job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates, providing a high touch candidate experience to both active and passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• To oversee Vishay Europe talent acquisition activities and team. Develop talent sourcing strategies & passive recruiting programs to effectively network and identify internal and external talent pipelines for relevant positions.
• To lead best practice initiatives for talent acquisition for Vishay Europe, supporting internal and external talent operations and candidate experience
• Defining, implementing and/or maintaining Recruiting policies, guidelines, tools and services for VISHAY at Europe region.
