The Hotel Romazzino, in stunning Costa Smeralda, Sardegna, will reopen for the 2024 season as part of the Belmond portfolio.

For this iconic hotel, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Bar / Bartender to join our team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, he/she will have experience working in luxury bars and will have great passion for cafeteria, mixology and luxury bar service.

The position is based in Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia and the contract is permanent and full time. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy/EU.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Engage with guests and deliver memorable and enchanting bar experiences
• Fulfil any requested bar operation including assisting with drinks preparation, their setup and service on the floor, the mise-en-place and cleaning
