Position Title: Technical Assistant to the Executive Chairperson

Type: Full-time

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chairperson (EC) in managing the day-to-day tasks. This includes the sorting and prioritization of a multitude of responsibilities, encompassing scheduling, business development, data analysis, material preparation, meeting facilitation, and involvement in a diverse range of special projects.

Responsibilities:

Plan & Schedule:
• Ability to plan & schedule in-house & external events, meetings, appointments. Also scheduling company calendar and updating as needed.
• Ability to plan strategically for the accomplishment of EC's goals & objectives.
• Kindly note that the work schedule for this role is subject to the calendar of the EC. Incumbent is required to keep his/her schedule in-synch with the itinerary of the EC.
