The company provides between a week and two weeks of training period scheduled Monday through Friday during the day between 8AM to 4PM.
Training is also paid and provided.
The working DAY shifts are:

3 working days one week and 4 working days the following week.
The working NIGHT shifts are 12 hours per night (6PM to 6AM):
3 working days one week and 4 working days the following week.
