Responsible for guarantying a work environment that adheres to internal and external safety and environmental policies. Responsible for designing and ensuring the implementation of strategies and policies aimed at promoting the best conditions to attract, retain and develop operational and administrative personnel.

Role

1)Labor relations

Compensation administration manage the labor relationship, through the correct interpretation and application of the LFT, CIT, RIT, and Aptiv Policies.

Guarantee a correct working environment for administrative and operational staff (working conditions and services); promoting a healthy and productive work environment.

Manage annual compensation plans and programs and coordinate salaries and wages for all levels.

2)Training and development

Compliance with hourly and salary staff training KPI’s.

Review adherence to the legal framework of the Secretary of Labor and Social Security.
