Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through Direct sourcing for the Secured Business Loans / LAP.
• Achieve assigned business targets and create relationships on ground to ensure steady inflow.
• Report to the Area Business Manager and manage all customer acquisition for the territory assigned.
• Responsible for completing application and supporting documentations
• Assess the local market and identify current and prospective opportunities.
• Adhering to highest ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Any Graduate with atleast 1 year experience in sales.
• Experience in Direct Sourcing will be preferred.
