Job description
• Manage incoming inquiry
• Coordination with sales Team.
• Making Quotation
• Handling incoming calls
• Coordination with the Incoming inquiry
• Letter drafting.
• Preparing Sales Orders
• Creating Proforma invoices.
• Checking Stock and Inventory.
• Invoicing &Handling Vendor Follow-ups & Transporter.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Skills Required
• Should be any graduate
• Should be good communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of computer.
