Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bikaner for an Import Export Documentation Executive. The Import Export Documentation Executive will be responsible for handling and managing import and export documentation, including preparing and verifying shipping documents, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensuring compliance with import and export regulations. The Import Export Documentation Executive will also assist in coordinating logistics and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in import and export documentation, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in using shipping and logistics software
