Pre-requisite:
• Diploma in ECE/EEE/CSE
• 0-1yrs Experience in Hardware & Networking.
• Willing for Field Work
Job Location: Nagapattinam, Karaikal, Mayiladuthurai, Srikali

Job Role & Responsibilities of Field Support Engineer
• Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of digital hardware technology in theatres. (Server & Projector)
• Delivering and uploading content to theaters as per movie release schedules
• As movies are released on weekends and festival times, National holidays, your availability during that time is extremely critical.
• Most of theatres run 4 shows a day, most of the planned maintenance and other work at the theatre site would happen pre-shows, post-shows, or in between shows.
• Role demands 24/7, 365 availability as troubleshooting requirements are impromptu.
Orientation and Training period
