- Ensure timely reschedule/re-planning of orders based on customer requirements.
- Ensure utilization of available capacities for strategic key customers.
- Plan width changes as per the demand considering availability of all required raw material.
- Communicate with various functions for execution of the production plan.

- Control on WIP with closely monitoring of production plan
- Preparation and analysis of wastage report of production process.
