Your Opportunity:

This Registered Psychiatric Nurse (Assertive Outreach Nurse) is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of client care within the community Addiction and Mental Health clinic in Wainwright and surrounding area. The incumbent performs a variety of nursing duties by administering safe and effective nursing care according to clinical policies and procedures and nursing care standards within Alberta Health Services. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide crisis intervention, assessment, diagnostic and treatment services (supportive therapy and life skills development) to adults with chronic and persistent psychiatric disorders.
