Purpose

To drive pan-European strategic operational improvements on behalf of the European Executive Board (EEB) and/or the Operational Excellence (OPX) Forum.

The role will provide thought leadership and overall ownership of designing an appropriate solution to a myriad of critical business challenges collaborating with individuals from all levels of the organization.

Upon facilitating and providing a suitable solution, the role will then drive an appropriate team of indirect reports to solve the business challenge.

Responsibilities
• Drive the completion of strategic projects and process improvements across Operations in Europe – this can include procurement, sales operations, after sales or general supply chain.
