An opportunity has become available for a passionate and skilled Associate to join ENS Kenya team. The Associate will principally work in the Real Estate and Private Clients team, form part of the wider real estate and private client groups and will do work for other Practitioners within the Real Estate and Private Client department, focussing on our Real Estate and High Nett Worth offering.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Consulting with high-net-worth clients for estate structuring
• Estate planning based on sound and up-to-date principles
• Drafting of Wills and ensuring that wills are properly formulated, signed and placed in safe custody
• Handling probate matters
• Drafting the necessary applications to the appropriate High Court for probate
• Liaising with and attending the High Court on probate application matters
