Job description and work content:

1.·Plan and manage the daily operations of the shop;

2.·Lead the team to achieve shop sales targets;

3.·Customer relationship management, maintaining customer sentiment, and improving customer satisfaction;

4.·Plan, implement, provide feedback, and evaluate store promotion activities;

5.·New shop staff training, shift scheduling, performance appraisal, etc.

6.·Supervise the ordering, loading, and replenishment of goods, and do a good job in incoming goods acceptance, product display, product quality and service quality management, and other related operations;

7.·Complete various tasks and indicators assigned by the company.

8.·Manage and analyze shop profit and loss statements, identify opportunities promptly, and make improvements in Store management jobs.
