Responsibilities
:
• Reporting on the performance of the HSES management processes and systems to management for review as a basis for improvement of the HSES management system.
• Quality Management. Develop, implement and maintain processes, guidelines and quality management system (QMS) as applicable on HSES topics (including fire prevention, emergency preparedness and response, incident and accident management, security (theft) and prevention.
• Ensure the Group’s compliance with HSES related legislation in the different countries, keep management informed of regulatory compliance matters, and keep processes and practices aligned with legal requirements.
• Conduct and train providing regular and ad hoc risk assessments and HSES audits biannually with all suppliers, transporters and warehousing providers in respect of ISO45001:2018 standards.
