Job Description: The Training Manager will focus on assessing team needs, strategizing, building training frameworks, launching programs across multiple business lines, and working with leadership to grow the Deployed Services Team professionally.

Essential Functions:
• Assess company-wide developmental needs and identifies suitable training diverse solutions to drive training initiatives across multiple business lines
• Identify training needs of the company through job analysis, career paths and on-going discussion with business leaders
• Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
• Develop and deliver training programs including concept design, materials development, and implementation
• Evaluate the effectiveness and consistency of the training programs
• Engage with subject matter experts to evaluate and improve new and existing training programs
