The main purpose of this position is to assist Marketing Director with school events, activities and promotions in order to effectively position the St. Paul American School brand, and support student recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities

-Must be able to speak English & Vietnamese

-Assist the Marketing Director with marketing planning, campaigns, event planning & management, email marketing, promotions, newsletters, social media, etc.

-Assist the Marketing Director with content design for social media applications, website, brochures, flyers and on-campus signage

-Wordpress website management and updates

-Attend school events to take pictures for marketing and social media use

-Professionally represent the school on and off campus

-Visit external agencies or organizations

-Contact external vendors and companies for pricing quotes

-Translate English to Vietnamese and vice versa (speaking & writing)
