The Controlling Team Lead (m/f/d) is responsible for the commercial processes in the R&D area, such as timely cost center planning and rate calculation, monthly reporting with variance analyses and derivation of measures and continuous process improvements. Another focus is the management and development of employees in the division.

Your impact
• Coordinating and ensuring cost center planning, order controlling and ensuring meaningful reporting for the R&D department as well as being the contact person for R&D managers and employees for financial data and commercial processes
• Independent and proactive suggestions for process improvement and implementation of cost centers
• Ensure timely, complete and consistent cost center planning, taking into account central planning requirements.
• Cost center reporting, support and continuous monitoring and analysis of actual costs and cost rate development in the R&D area.
