Aftersales Training and Technical Specialist

The primary role of the Aftersales Training Specialist is to deliver tractor technical training courses for the Italian dealers at the Training Center or locally by the Italian dealers or other training lcoation. Support with field technical support for the Italien market with focus on VALTRA product. Tractor training and technical support can include in other AGCO products, when there are synergies regarding drive-line/electronic/hydraulic/FUSE etc. The Aftersales Training Specialist will assist in the planning of technical training courses in cooperation with the Aftersales teams and Manager. The role directly repots to Mgr, Aftersales Training, Northern & Southern Europe, Customer Service and connection to the Field Service Manager for Italy. Like the training team in Breganze and Italy is part of the team.
