With the aim to strengthening our HR structure, we are currently looking for:

HR BUSINESS PARTNER

The figure, responding to the Plant HR Manager, will support the personnel management activities of the Montecchio Maggiore (VI) plant:

Main tasks:

• Monitoring deadlines and contract renewals

• Holiday disposal management

• Organizational changes

• Managing interviews with employees

• S&OP support versus HR contribution

• Relations with the Management, with the health surveillance system, with the Union Representatives and with the other areas of the Human Resources structure

• Collaborates with dispute management and litigation

• Collaborates in the various aspects related to the Organization, such as issuing and updating job descriptions, updating the organization chart, managing smart working practices, MBO

• Support in industrial relations management

Requirements and soft skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Humanities, Law or Political sciences
