This role is responsible to handle HR Operations for the AAK’s plant at Khopoli and Industrial Relations including all Labour Related Compliances for India business.

Job Description:
• HR Operations – Execution of end to end HR Operations for all employees including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, F&F management, employee database reports, Exit management and maintaining HR dashboards
• Recruitment & On Boarding: Recruitment of employees
• Relations: Handle all IR related issues, grievances and disputes at the plant level and resolve it to ensure the smooth functioning of Plant operations. Liaison with the various external government departments and agencies as required.
• To build and maintain high level of Trust with Local Authorities and ensure cordial harmonious relations at the factory
• Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance of all Labour Statutes applicable to Factory and other offices in India
