This position is located in Izegem, Belgium.
Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior HR Business Partner will be the HR point of contact and deliver core people processes for our 300 people in the edible oils refinery and bottling site in Izegem. You will focus on people and culture strategy, workforce planning and talent development needs, organization effectiveness support and operational delivery of related processes.
