About this opportunity:

This role is in the Group Function People unit and reports to the Global Head of Compensation and is responsible for the development and management of the global philosophy and approaches to base pay management across Ericsson. The Base Pay SME is an individual contributor who manages program teams in the service centres located in India and Philippines and draws on the resources in the global Total Rewards community to deliver the strategic and program objectives. A key part of this role is to facilitate the attraction and retention of the right talent at the right cost across Ericsson by implementing and maintaining base pay management policies, guidelines and processes so they support current and future business needs, are consistent with Ericsson’s desired internal and external market position and support employee engagement across globe.
