Company Description

Pajakku is a company that partners with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) through SK KEP No. 20/PJ/2005 and has been extended through SK KEP-211/PJ/2022 as a Tax Application Service Provider company with services to create and distribute Electronic Tax Notification Letters (e-SPT) to the DJP system, along with various other tax applications. Pajakku offers a One Stop Solution service (OSS) and is an official partner of DJP that provides comprehensive tax services to all taxpayers in Indonesia end-to-end.

Role Description
• Ensure that the head office and branches meet daily IT operational standards
• Configuring and troubleshooting all network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV and servers)
• Automate backups (data, files, database and operating system)
• Check data security and network security
• Provide helpdesk support to colleagues
• Make capacity planning
• Coordinate with vendors regarding IT needs
