Job Summary

Sales Coordinator require at our office located at V U Nagar, Anand, Gujarat

Responsibilities and Duties
• Do market exploration for new enquiries
• Send mailer or company information to potential customers
• Review received customer enquiries
• Where designing involved, send it to design head for necessary design calculation & cost estimation
• Interact with customer if any further detailed needed or query for capability to manufacture & deliver
• Discuss with technical team for commercial, manufacturing capability & delivery schedule
• Send quotation to customer
• Follow – up with customer for order & negotiate if necessary
• Receipt of customer order – verbal, email, hard copy
• Prepare internal sales order & share with production, purchase, QC
• Monitor the production schedule trekking with production & QC for timely delivery of products
• Arrange for customer visit or 3rd party inspection agency if part of the contract
