• Welcome our guests and assure their well-being through their stay;
• Manage mass online reservations simultaneously ensuring all run smoothly
• Communicate daily with guest queries by e-mail, phone call & WhatsApp, etc
• Payment management, ensuring contracted workers payments are up to date
• Develop and maintain the quality of customer service being delivered
• Follow the company standards and engage with clients in order to create long-term customer loyalty;
• Log & manage tickets on internal platforms to ensure quality standards are met
• Report on current matters that arise ensuring all get resolved timely

What do we need from you?

• Have a degree, preferably in the Tourism or Hospitality area.
• Mandatory: English & Portuguese (fluent in written & spoken)
• Customer focused, trying to do right by the customer at all times
• Strong organisation & multitasking skills to be able to balance & coordinate varying issues at different times
