Sentara Health is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center, in Woodbridge, VA!

Status: Full Time (8 hours)

Work hours: Rotating shift and will work ANY of the following shifts per week below:

Weekdays
• 0630-1500
• 0700-1530
• 0800-1630
• 1100-1930
• 1400-2230

Will work at least 2 full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) per 6 weeks pay period

Weekends
• 0700-1530
• 1300-2130
• 0900-1730

With flexibility on schedule based on availability and department needs

Location: Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center, in Woodbridge, VA

Job responsibilities:

Manages patient drug therapy in accordance with the medical staff approved clinical practice standards. Maintains current knowledge of drug use through continuing education.
