Job description:
• Build and lead a professional and dynamic marketing team
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that help increase awareness of the company's image, brand and services, enhancing market presence
• Orient, brainstorm ideas and collaborate with internal teams to create content for different marketing channels (ad content, social media content, web content/SEO, POSM,...)
• Plan, manage and deploy online marketing campaigns, analyze data and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements, meeting established KPIs and reach the right target audience
• Plan and organize offline marketing campaigns such as events and seminars to introduce company services and meet potential customers
• Research the market to detect trends, competitor activities and potential expansion opportunities
