JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Director to join our team. This is an executive level post with overall responsibility for driving our leasing team. This includes our internal brokerage team, external brokers, various tender factory teams, and lease administration.

Close working relationships with facilities management, energy and utilities, professional team, marketing, and property finance (incl. property accounting and property administration) are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand demand, trends, and potential tenants.
• Lease Negotiations: Engaging in lease negotiations with prospective tenants.

3. Lease Execution: Working with potential tenants to complete the leasing process.
