I need someone who can take a wordpress.com hosted site and move it to another hosting platform something easy to use as I cannot code afteer 3 years with wordpress knowing what I was trying to do they have suddenly felt threatened from a non profit

We don't allow outside advertising networks on WordPress.com. We have agreements with ad partners that we will only run approved ads on the site and third-party advertisements violate those agreements. Furthermore, some ad networks add malware into their ads which represent a security risk to our users.

Additionally, having a site dedicated to directing people to third-party sites violates our rules about spam.
