Job Description: Plant Head – Food Industry, Greater Noida

He should be an engineer- B. Tech Food Tech/Mechanical/ MBA in operations with at least 14 years of work experience, with significant and relevant experience in plant based roles, with a Food/FMCG background. He will have excellent team building and management skills, and an experience of working with international stakeholders. He will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills so that you can act as an extension of the brand itself. He should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production. He should have exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly.
