We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Supervisor to oversee sales activities for Hajeera Fashion (Muslim Fashion Brand), based in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute sales visits to retail outlets, ensuring optimal product visibility and brand representation
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in alignment with company goals
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
• Create and implement monthly and quarterly promotional activities to drive sales
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights for improvement

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience within the fashion industry
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
