• Deal with the daily supplier quality issues, using the tools 8D to push supplier quality improvement.
• and verify supplier documentation
• monthly performance management; helping suppliers continue to reduce the supplier PPM.
• the non-conformance material caused by supplier
• suppliers audit annually
• with other function members to push supplier quality improvement
• supplier Initial assessment audits.
• quality problem solving and on-site action tracking/support
• continuous improvement methodologies including FMEAs, Control Plans, Capability Studies, and Run@Rates
• the EHS regulations of the company. Implement the EHS requirement to ensure all action satisfied with ISO14001、IATF16949 & OHSAS18001 requirements
• disciplined problem-solving methodology through the supply base
• and report supplier performance metrics
• feedback and assistance to the supplier in its development of corrective action roadmaps
