job descrption:-About The Role

The Human Resource Executive (HRE) plays a vital role in supporting the organisation through the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programmes that provides an employee-oriented, high performance culture. The HRE is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.

Some Key Responsibilities, Although Not Exhaustive, Include
• Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
• Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
