Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a Highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our Brass, Gravity, and Low-Pressure Die Casting Shop as well as our Faucet Assembly Shop. As the Senior Manager, will be responsible for managing the overall operations of both shops, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of skilled professionals. Expertise should be in die design, GDC, HPDC, LPDC and faucet assembly

Key Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Gravity, and Low-Pressure Die Casting Shop and the Faucet Assembly Shop, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.

- Develop and implement production plans to meet demands, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery.
