Managerial Responsibilities:

 Assesses and trains departmental supervisors.

 Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.

 Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

 Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.

 Understand clients’ needs and provide clear instruction to creatives.

 Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Determine cost of completion and project requirements
