Job Profile of ADL Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Method Development and Validation:

Develop and validate analytical methods for the analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and

finished products using techniques such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid

Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), UV-Vis Spectroscopy, FTIR (Fourier

Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), etc.

Optimize existing methods to improve efficiency, sensitivity, and robustness.

Analytical Testing:

Perform routine analysis of samples according to established protocols and specifications.

Conduct testing to assess the quality, purity, and potency of pharmaceutical products.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Instrumentation Maintenance:

Maintain analytical instruments and equipment in optimal condition.

Perform regular calibration, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance activities.
