A natural food ingredients company requires an assistant for a trade fair taking place at Palexpo, Geneva, Switzerland in May 14-15- 2024

Work Dates:

Tuesday, 14 May 2024 09:45-18:00

Wednesday, 10 May 2024 09:45-18:00

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and help bring visitors to stand
• Answer general company questions
• Keep the stand organized and tidy (refill catalogs, organize visitor business cards, etc.)
• Distribute literature to visitors of the stand as well as visitors walking by
• Translate for company representatives when necessary
• Light data entry for visitor information

Skills:
• Friendly demeanor and able to communicate professionally
• Professional appearance
• Must speak French fluently and English.
• Other languages are a plus ( Italian and German preferred)

Dress Code:

Business casual.

Black trousers or skirt

Button up shirt or blouse.
