We are looking for a **Head of Engineering**
• *Role and Responsibilities**
- Take active part in the development/coding activities
- Line management of the Engineering team (more than 15 FTEs)- Manage performance and development of team members
- Maintain and improve working environment with clear roles and accountabilities for all
- Manage staffing & hiring
- Assist and reporting to the CTO in technical and strategical decisions
- Together with the Tech Leads managing the Developers, DevOps and QA engineers that design, develop, test and deploy new products and solutions
- Improve development processes, technology infrastructure and a culture that enables a geographically dispersed team to collaborate effectively
- Collaborate with product development, service and portfolio management for the product roadmap and customer support. Furthermore, ensure that the engineering team is well aligned with business objectives
