We are looking for a PMO Governance Lead working close to one of our main clients in Alicante.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the programme management function, including planning, execution, and monitoring of all activities related to new developments and the UAT
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive programme roadmap, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
• Identify potential risks and challenges
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations to optimize programme performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience in banking.
• Proven experience in core’s migrations
• Proven experience in testing
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align project activities with organisational goals.
• Strong PMO skills & experience (5 + years)
• Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.
