Key Responsibility :
• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Participating and contributing to company strategic efforts to drive revenue.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team to create impactful product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
• Lead and motivate sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and retailers.
• Negotiate favorable terms, promotional opportunities, and collaborations to enhance the brand presence.
• Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and reports on sales and wholesale performance.
• Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
